Terms of Service

The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows: 1. "Guest" refers to a person who makes a reservation through the Service and stays at the Facility. 2. "Accommodation Agreement" refers to the agreement under which the Facility provides accommodation services to the Guest. 3. "Reservation" refers to applying for an Accommodation Agreement through the Service.

1. An Accommodation Agreement is established when the Guest makes a reservation through the Service and the online payment is completed. 2. When making a reservation, please accurately enter the Guest's name, email address, phone number, stay dates, number of guests, and other information specified by the Facility. 3. Reservations made with false information shall be void, and the Facility may terminate the Accommodation Agreement.

1. Accommodation fees are as displayed on each room page. Displayed prices include consumption tax. 2. Payment is made in advance by credit card (via Stripe). 3. Additional charges such as cleaning fees and extension fees may apply.

The following cancellation policy applies for cancellations by the Guest: - Up to 5 days before check-in: 95% refund (5% payment processing fee is non-refundable) - 4 days or fewer before check-in: No refund To cancel, please use the link in your booking confirmation email or contact us directly. Refunds will be processed to the original credit card used for payment.

1. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. 2. Please contact us in advance for any changes. Early check-in or late check-out may be available, but additional charges may apply. 3. At check-in, guests are required to complete a guest registry as required by the Private Lodging Business Act. Foreign nationals must present their passport.

Guests shall not engage in the following activities on the premises: 1. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) 2. Exceeding the registered number of guests 3. Noise disturbing neighbors (especially between 22:00 and 8:00) 4. Bringing pets (except service animals) 5. Bringing dangerous or odorous items 6. Altering or removing facility equipment 7. Subletting to third parties 8. Any other acts that violate laws or public order

The Facility may terminate the Accommodation Agreement in the following cases: 1. The Guest violates or is likely to violate these Terms 2. Accommodation services cannot be provided due to natural disasters, facility failures, or other unavoidable circumstances 3. The Guest may cause disturbance to other guests or neighbors due to intoxication 4. The Guest is found to be a member of organized crime or anti-social forces In cases of termination due to force majeure, a full refund of the accommodation fee will be provided.

1. If the Guest damages, soils, or loses facility equipment or fixtures, the Guest shall compensate for repair costs or fair market value. 2. If the Facility causes damage to the Guest through its own intent or negligence, the Facility shall provide reasonable compensation. However, this does not apply to damages caused by natural disasters, power outages, or other force majeure events. 3. Guests are responsible for managing their own valuables within the facility.

Copyright and other intellectual property rights related to text, photographs, designs, and other content posted on the Service belong to the Facility or their rightful owners. Unauthorized reproduction, reprinting, or secondary use is prohibited.

The personal information of guests will be handled appropriately in accordance with the Facility's Privacy Policy. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details.

The Facility may change these Terms without prior notice to guests if deemed necessary. The revised Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on this page.

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Japanese law. 2. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with the Service, the Sapporo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
